LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and eSim Games for Steel Beasts (the "Software Product").
LICENSE GRANT. The Software Product is licensed, and not sold. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software Product. Licensee is granted a nonexclusive license to install and use the Software Product as provided herein. This license is nontransferable.
INSTALLATION. The Software Product may be installed on a single computer at any given time. The Software Product may be subject to U.S. export control law. Licensee shall comply fully with all applicable laws and regulations relating to import and export of technical data and computer software.
Licensee may make one backup copy of the Software Product for Licensee's own use. Licensee may not remove any copyright, trademark, proprietary rights, disclaimer or warning notice included on or embedded in any part of the Software Product.
RESTRICTIONS: Other than as provided specifically in this Agreement, you are NOT allowed to:
1. Copy or otherwise reproduce the Software Product.
2. Modify or prepare derivative works based on the Software Product or the accompanying materials.
3. Rent, lease, or lend the Software Product.
You are EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED from:
1. Selling, or otherwise profiting from, unauthorized level packs, add-on packs or sequels based upon or related to the Software Product.
2. Transmitting or distributing the Software Product, or any component of the Software Product, electronically or otherwise over the Internet or through any other media to any other party.
3. Assigning or sublicensing any part or portion of this agreement.
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE OR DISASSEMBLE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IN ANY WAY.
NO WARRANTIES. THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
